Football Is Not Just For Men!

World Cup is like a birthday for an avid football fan! It's like throwing a birthday celebration on 29th February! The difference is that World Cup lasts for a month while the birthday celebration for a leap year baby only lasts for a day! Does that make any sense? maybe not huh?

Anyway, I fancy football :)

Counting down the top 5 reasons why women should watch football!

P/s : I'm not a football pundit so don't expect the reasons to be technical and all =o)

Jerseys! Some are hideous, some are nice...Some are tight while some are loose...So take the time to critic or praise the designers...I really dig Arsenal's 07/08 away jersey! and boots! its so cool for them to have their name on their expensive boots!

Scandals? Footballers are like celebrities these days! Take John Terry or Ashley Cole as an example...Well, both actually made headlines for themselves for cheating on their wives! Terry was stripped of his captain armband due to that...Then, once in a while you'll get the scoop on C.Ronaldo hooking up with Paris Hilton in a club in LA...Few months later, its another with Kim Kardashian..

Hot guys! and good package doesn't come from the face alone! *pssst* remember not to turn off your tv straight away after the final whistle has been blown, just pray hard for the exchanging jersey to be telecast ;)

Football is like an art in motion...Teams with different styles and players with different skills, combine them together and that's the beauty of the game! How can you resist watching players who dribble past defenders, goalkeepers who dive here and there to prevent sure goals! or even the way some players can pass the ball around without even looking (fabregas!)...and do look out for some theatrical fall!

Reason #1
Don't give up on football just because our national squad sucks! They had their glory days too..Just give those lads some time...they might probably need 2 or 3 decades? (or maybe even longer?)

All in all, let's participate in this global event! just remember keep our eyes not only on the hotties but also on the game itself!
